EGO Power+ Outdoor Power Equipment - Domestic
EGO Power+ outdoor power equipment comes with a domestic user TWO year warranty. An additional THREE years on tools applies when the product is registered within 30 days of purchase. EGO Power+ outdoor power equipment is guaranteed against defects in material or workmanship when used for the designed purpose of that product by Domestic users.
EGO Power+ System Chargers, Batteries and Battery Packs - Domestic
For TWO years from the date of original retail purchase, the EGO Power+ System battery pack and charger are guaranteed against defects in material or workmanship when used by Domestic users. An additional ONE YEAR applies when the product is registered within 30 days of purchase.
EGO Power+ Outdoor Power Equipment, Chargers, Batteries and Battery Packs - Professional
For ONE year from the date of original retail purchase, EGO Power+ equipment is guaranteed against defects in material or workmanship when used for the designed purpose of that product by semi-professional and professional users but not including hire or rental activity.
This guarantee does not limit the buyer’s rights arising from the contract of sale with the reseller or applicable statutory rights.
Defective product will be repaired or exchanged free of charge if it can be verified that the defects were caused by a material or manufacturing fault.
This warranty does not cover parts or consumable accessories subject to wear & tear during use.
This warranty only covers defects arising under normal usage and does not cover any malfunction, failure or defect resulting from misuse, abuse (including overloading of the product beyond capacity and excessive exposure to water or rain), accidents, neglect or lack of proper installation and improper maintenance or storage.
This warranty applies only to the original purchaser at retail and may not be transferred.
This warranty does not cover the damage resulting from modification, alteration or unauthorized repair.
Claims under the warranty must be made within the warranty term. The equipment must be returned together with the original proof of purchase (stating the purchase date and product description) to the reseller from whom the equipment was originally purchased. In the event that this is not possible please use the details provided on this website to contact your authorised EGO Power+ service centre.
Faulty EGO Power+ batteries MUST NOT be shipped via any 3rd party transportation system without first contacting the retailer from which it was purchased.
Any claims other than the right to have the defect rectified as stated in this warranty are excluded. The warranty term for the equipment is not extended or renewed as a result of any rectification of the equipment being undertaken.

If you are unhappy with your purchase of an EGO Power+ tool you can return it within 30 days of purchase and receive a full refund provided you present your original receipt.
This offer excludes the commercial series, accessories and batteries and chargers (unless purchased as part of a kit). This offer also excludes tools which have been purchased by a registered business and/or used for professional purposes.
Any product being returned under the 30-day money back guarantee must be returned to the original place of purchase.
This offer is only available from participating authorised EGO dealers between 01/01/2019 – 31/12/2019.
If the tool is returned in an unusable and/or poor condition, the authorised dealer may refuse a full refund. Ensure the tool is returned in all the original packaging.
If the tool has been purchased as part of a kit and/or promotion, then all parts received in the kit and/or promotion need to be returned in their original condition.
Refund excludes any postage or transportation costs.
